My purchase of the year 2026! Stellar customer service and great laptop.

I'm someone who usually buys the larest/greatest and spend a lot of money doing so. This time I wanted to have something that works and costs were a serious limiting factor.

After extensive search i stumbled on ITzoo and this deal. It seemed to good to be true so, the sceptic I am reached out to sales. They've confirmed all the questions I had within minutes.

After ordering and receiving and in between I had a lot of other questions. I never buy refurbished. Support must have been wondering what loonatic ordered this laptop.

Communication has never been anything else than stellar. Fantastic explanations and to the point. You rarely see this nowadays. Thabk you so much!

The laptop arrived as advertised and even as a B grade it looked pretty much new. Everything worked as expected and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I must add that I use this as my workstation for heavy duty Software engineering.

I have the shop bookmarked for future orders for sure.

Dobrá kúpa, no viac informácií o technickom stave by potešilo

Dobrá cena a stav lepší, než som pri triede C čakal. ITzoo by podľa mňa mohlo pri repasovaných notebookoch uvádzať aj základné technické údaje, napríklad stav batérie a SSD, verziu BIOS/EC a výsledky základnej diagnostiky. Zákazník by tak mal lepšiu predstavu o skutočnom stave zariadenia a väčšiu istotu pri kúpe.
